At this point most of the office was no longer interested and had returned to work.
After a few tense moments the aroma lifted its heavy veil and the office folk returned to their normal Facebook scrolling. Within a few minutes no one cared about Jane and her spike fruit. Yet time will only tell if the next aromatic fruit will elicit a similar reaction. Only time will tell.
